Erica Siegal, LCSW, is a therapist, harm reduction practitioner, and educator who has spent the past 15+ years supporting people in altered states—both in the therapy room and in community environments like festivals and retreats.
In her clinical practice, she works with individuals, couples and families navigating trauma, integration, and complex relational dynamics, bringing a grounded, attuned approach to care. This work informs her broader role as the founder of NEST Harm Reduction & Consulting, where she helps design spaces that can hold vulnerability with skill and integrity.
Erica’s approach bridges the clinical and the communal—combining trauma-informed care, relational ethics, and a deep respect for the unpredictable nature of transformation. She is especially interested in what it means to build containers that are not just safe, but truly worthy of trust.
