Couples Therapy
Strengthen your relationship, deepen connection, and build the tools to navigate conflict — for all relationship structures and identities.
How We Approach Couples Therapy
Our couples therapists are trained in evidence-based relational modalities including the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Sessions focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and fostering deeper emotional intimacy.
We are affirming of all relationship structures — monogamous, polyamorous, open, and other forms of ethical non-monogamy. All genders, sexualities, and relationship configurations are welcome.
