Anthony brings techniques tailored to individual clients' needs. He possesses training in Somatic Trauma Healing alongside DBT, ACT, and various other modalities to support clients through their therapeutic journey.
Anthony works with individuals, couples, and groups navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ identity, grief, and neurodivergence. He takes an individualized approach combining somatic and talk therapy modalities.
