About Arielle
I work with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, often at a point where their current way of living, relating, or making meaning no longer feels sustainable. My approach is grounded in mindfulness and somatic work, focusing on helping you develop a more direct, honest relationship with your internal experience. This is not just about understanding your patterns, but actually changing them.
I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions, including religious deconstruction and identity exploration. Many of my clients are navigating complex relationship dynamics, divorce, exploring nontraditional relationship structures, or questioning long held beliefs about spirituality, purpose, and self. I also support clients in the integration of psychedelic and non ordinary states of consciousness, helping translate insight into meaningful, lasting transformation.
My style is collaborative, engaged, and attuned to your pace. In our work together, we will build your capacity to stay present with your thoughts, emotions, and bodily responses, allowing for greater clarity, flexibility, and choice over time. I aim to create a space that is both supportive and gently challenging, where growth is not just conceptual, but lived.
I take a whole person approach to care, drawing from my background in holistic nutrition, my experience as a mother, and my lived experience of cultural identity, including being part Latina, to understand how intergenerational dynamics and trauma shape how we relate to ourselves and others.
Outside of my clinical work, I'm equal parts traveler, forest adventurer, and wanna-be top chef. I'm deeply curious about people, culture, and the ways we make meaning of our lives, whether that's through food, conversation, or shared experience. I'm drawn to spaces that feel real, unpolished, and alive, and I bring that same spirit into the therapy room.
"Not till we are completely lost, or turned round… do we appreciate the vastness and strangeness of Nature. Every man needs to be lost at least once in his life… Not till we are lost… do we begin to find ourselves, and realize where we are and the infinite extent of our relations."
